Per the michigan.gov Great Start to Readiness Program's page: "The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s free PreK program for eligible four-year-olds. Ranked #1 in the U.S., it’s a safe place where children learn how to get along with others, share, take turns, and make friends. Math, reading, and thinking skills are taught every day through fun, hands-on activities. GSRP will help make sure your child is ready for kindergarten and beyond." We use the Connect4Learning curriculum. C4L is a research-based, interdisciplinary, curriculum that embraces play as an element in learning and focuses on the whole-child. We are excited to use this curriculum while still incorporating as much play and inquiry-based learning within it as possible. We believe our students will be well prepared for Kindergarten after completing such a comprehensive program. |
